Sliced banana and strawberries on a homemade vegan nutella dessert pizza! Yes please!

Dairy Free High Protein

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Hazelnuts Hazelnuts 150g 1 cup
  • Raw Honey Raw Honey 2 tsp 2 tsp
  • Cocoa Powder Cocoa Powder 3 tbsp 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla Extract Vanilla Extract 1 tsp 1 tsp
  • Sea Salt Sea Salt 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
  • Corn Tortilla Corn Tortilla 2 2
  • Banana Banana 1 1
  • Strawberries Strawberries 75g 1/2 cup
  • Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 1 tsp 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 220c.
  2. 2.Arrange hazelnuts in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 15min.
  3. 3.Remove skins, add hazelnuts to a blender and blend for 5 ot 10min until it's smooth and buttery, add remaining ingredients and process for and additional 2min until completely mixed together and smooth.
  4. 4.Heat 2 tsp coconut oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add one tortilla at a time until golden and crispy, remove from pan.
  5. 5.Spread nutella mixture over both tortillas and layer one on top of the other.
  6. 6.Add sliced banana and strawberry and garnish with chia or poppy seeds.
