  • Spelt Flour Spelt Flour 240g 2 cups
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Cold Pressed Sunflower Oil Cold Pressed Sunflower Oil 3 tbsp 3 tbsp
  • Pure Cane Sugar Pure Cane Sugar 130g 2/3 cup
  • Oat Milk Oat Milk 200ml 4/5 cup
  • Cream of Tartar Cream of Tartar 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Baking Soda Bicarbonate of Soda 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Apple Cider Vinegar Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tbsp 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Sieve flour, cream of tartar and baking sode in a bowl, then add sugar, mix together then start adding the oil and, gradually, the oat milk, combining well until you get a smooth mixture.
  2. 2.Divide mixture in two and add the cocoa powder to one of them, mixing well.
  3. 3.Grease and flour a donut mold with a diameter of about 20cm and pour both light and cocoa mixture until finished.
  4. 4.Bake for 45 minutes.
