Mini Savory Palmiers

These delicious mini palmiers are a great savory snack for your afternoon coffee or tea that will impress family and friends!

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Puff Pastry Puff Pastry 1/2 sheet 1/2 sheet
  • Granulated Sugar Granulated Sugar 2 tbsp 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat an oven to 180°C.
  2. 2.Spread out your puff pastry sheet gently.
  3. 3.Sprinkle 1 tablespoons of sugar on each side of the pastry sheet and roll it into the dough
  4. 4.Fold one of the short edges to the centre, then equally fold the other side as well.
  5. 5.Cut the pastry roll into about a 1 cm slices.
  6. 6.Place the slices 5cm apart on a baking tray lined with parchment baking paper.
  7. 7.Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden on the bottom.
  8. 8.Turn-over and bake for another 5-7 minutes until other side is golden in colour as well.
  9. 9.Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
