Maple Mustard Sweet Potatoes

Our maple syrup and mustard marinated oven-baked sweet potatoes are fingerlicking good!

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Sweet Potato Sweet Potato 3 3
  • Maple Syrup Maple Syrup 100g 5 tbsp
  • Wholegrain Mustard Wholegrain Mustard 1.5 tbsp 1.5 tbsp
  • Olive Oil Olive Oil 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • Table Salt Table Salt pinch pinch

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 220c.
  2. 2.Peel and cut sweet potatoes into small cubes and place it in a big bowl.
  3. 3.Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well until sweet potatoes are covered.
  4. 4.Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread sweet potatoes evenly inside tray (do not stack) allowing some space around each cube.
  5. 5.Bake for 35-40min or until crispy and golden brown.
