Apricot Almond Bars

Crunchy with a delicious sweet filling, these baked apricot and almond bars are quick and fun to prepare and will go down a treat!

Gluten Free Dairy Free Under 30 mins

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Ground Almonds Ground Almonds 100g 7/8 cup
  • Oatmeal Oats Porridge 180g 2 cups
  • Dried Apricots Dried Apricots 190g 1 cup
  • Coconut Oil Coconut Oil 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • Agave Nectar Agave Nectar 2 tbsp 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 200c and grease loaf pan with coconut oil.
  2. 2.Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend for 1min until crumbly.
  3. 3.Add mixture to the loaf pan and press firmly with your fingers to spread evenly.
  4. 4.Bake for 15-17min and allow to cool completely before serving.
