A tasty, energizing wheatgrass shake, dairy free and protein-rich - it's perfect for those busy mornings!

Ingredients

  • Wheatgrass Powder Wheatgrass Powder 1 tsp 1 tsp
  • Lemon Lemon 1 1
  • Medjool Dates Medjool Dates 5 5
  • Coconut Milk Drink Coconut Milk Drink 3 tbsp 3 tbsp
  • Filtered Water Filtered Water 200ml 4/5 cup

Instructions

  1. 1.Remove the kernel from the inside of the dates. Squeeze the lemon onto a blender.
  2. 2.Blend Lemon juice with dates until completely combined.
  3. 3.Add wheat grass powder, water and coconut milk and blend for another minute.
  4. 4.It’s rich in Protein and helps to detox the body – your go to when nursing a hangover!
