This dairy free sour cream is so good - thick, creamy, subtly tangy and rich, it tastes just like the real thing! To make it even better, its a cinch to make, requiring only 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to prepare!

Gluten Free Dairy Free Low Carb

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Cashew Nuts Cashew Nuts 125g 1 cup
  • Water Water 125ml 1/2 cup
  • Sea Salt Sea Salt 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
  • Apple Cider Vinegar Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tsp 2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice Lemon Juice 2 tsp 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1.*Pre-soak cashews for 1 hour in hot water.
  2. 2.Drain cashews and add to a blender along with water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and salt and blend until smooth.
