Vanilla Chia Overnight Oats

Creamy make ahead oats infused with vanilla and chia seeds, served with fresh blueberries and granadilla.

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 120g 1 & 1/3 cups
  • Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • Soy Milk Soya Milk 375ml 1 & 1/2 cup
  • Raw Honey Raw Honey 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla Extract Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
  • Sea Salt Sea Salt pinch pinch
  • Granadilla Granadilla 1 1
  • Blueberries Blueberries 40g 1/3 cup

Instructions

  1. 1.Place all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and stir to combine.
  2. 2.Place oats mixture in a jar with a lid.
  3. 3.Refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. 4.In the morning, top with the pulp and juice from the granadilla, and garnish with fresh blueberries.
  5. 5.Eat it cold, or warmed up.
  6. 6.Enjoy!
