A nutritious light lunch recipe. Sweetened with agave and raisins, this healthy cabbage salad is a must try!

Gluten Free Dairy Free Under 30 mins

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • White Cabbage White Cabbage 1/2 head 1/2 head
  • Sesame Oil Sesame Oil 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Agave Nectar Agave Nectar 1 tsp 1 tsp
  • Carrot Carrot 2 2
  • Raisins Raisins 75g 1/2 cup
  • Spring Onion Spring Onion 1 1
  • Black Sesame Seeds Black Sesame Seeds 2 tsp 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Wash and chop the cabbage.
  2. 2.Mix the cabbage with the oil, agave syrup and fresh lime juice.
  3. 3.Peel the carrots and cut them into small cubes, chop the spring onion.
  4. 4.Garnish with raisins and sesame seeds, and (optional) decorate with flower petals like I have ;)
