Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Red Lentils Red Lentils 400g 2 cups
  • Lettuce Lettuce 1 head 1 head
  • Cherry Tomatoes Cherry Tomatoes 150g 1 cup
  • Raw Yellow Beet Raw Yellow Beetroot 1 1
  • Red Onion Red Onion 1 1
  • Mint Mint handful handful
  • Red Chili Flakes Crushed Chillies 1 and 1/2 tsp 1 & 1/2 tsp
  • Lime Lime 1 1

Instructions

  1. 1.Wash and boil the lentils as per package instructions.
  2. 2.Peel and boil the beetroot till it softens.
  3. 3.Wash and chop the lettuce.
  4. 4.Cut the tomatoes in quarters. Cut the onion into thin slices. Chop the mint.
  5. 5.Mix everything gently with your hands; add the lime juice and the chilli flakes.
