Creamy pumpkin and chia infused oats delightfully spiced with cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Prepare the night ahead for this morning treat!

Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 130g 1 & 1/2 cup
  • Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • Soy Milk Soya Milk 375ml 1 & 1/2 cup
  • Pumpkin Puree Pumpkin Puree 125g 1/2 cup
  • Agave Nectar Agave Nectar 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla Extract Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
  • Sea Salt Sea Salt pinch pinch
  • Ground Cinnamon Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
  • Ground Ginger Ground Ginger 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
  • Ground Nutmeg Ground Nutmeg 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
  • Ground Allspice Ground Allspice 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
  • Ground Cloves Ground Cloves 1/8 tsp 1/8 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Place all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and stir to combine.
  2. 2.Place oats mixture in a jar with a lid.
  3. 3.Refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. 4.In the morning, garnish with green pumpkin seeds (optional).
  5. 5.Eat it cold, or warmed up.
  6. 6.Enjoy!
