Ingredients

  • Romaine Lettuce Romaine Lettuce 1 head 1 head
  • Carrot Carrot 2 2
  • Red Onion Red Onion 1 1
  • Cherry Tomatoes Cherry Tomatoes 50g 1/3 cup
  • Sunflower Seeds Sunflower Seeds 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • Mustard Mustard 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice Lemon Juice 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tbsp 3 tbsp
  • Table Salt Table Salt pinch pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper Ground Black Pepper pinch pinch

Instructions

  1. 1.Rinse the salad and roughly chop into pieces.
  2. 2.Chop oinons, tomatoes and carrots into small pieces.
  3. 3.Add mustard to a small bowl, slowly add lemon juice while stirring, then add the olive oil and salt.
  4. 4.Carefully brown sunflower seeds in a pan, shaking from time to time.
  5. 5.Add salad to a big bowl, add remaining ingredients and dressing and season to taste.
