Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Celeriac Celeriac 1 1
  • Garlic Garlic 3 cloves 3 cloves
  • Dried Rosemary Dried Rosemary 1 tsp 1 tsp
  • Ground Black Pepper Ground Black Pepper 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat the oven to 220C / 475F / Gas Mark 7.
  2. 2.Spread the cut celeriac chips out over a sheet of baking parchment. Sprinkle over the garlic, rosemary and black pepper.
  3. 3.Bake in the oven for forty minutes, turning halfway.
