Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Blueberries Blueberries 50g 1/3 cup
  • Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 60g 2/3 cup
  • Walnuts Walnuts 30g 1/4 cup
  • Almonds Almonds 30g 1/5 cup
  • Raisins Raisins 30g 1/5 cup
  • Lemon Juice Lemon Juice 1 tsp 1 tsp
  • Cashew Milk Cashew Milk 125ml 1/2 cup
  • Soy Yoghurt Soya Yoghurt 3 tbsp 3 tbsp
  • Maple Syrup Maple Syrup 2 tbsp 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Add all nuts to a food processor and pulse a few times.
  2. 2.Mix all ingredients, including the nuts in a bowl together and let it sit for 15 -20 minutes.
  3. 3.Mash a few blueberries into the muesli and top off with more blueberries.
