  • Garlic Garlic 1 clove 1 clove
  • Sea Salt Sea Salt pinch pinch
  • Agave Nectar Agave Nectar 1 tsp 1 tsp
  • Red Wine Vinegar Red Wine Vinegar 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • Salad:
  • Black Beans In Water Black Beans In Water 90g 1/2 cup
  • Avocado Avocado 1 1
  • Little Gem Lettuce Little Gem Lettuce 1 head 1 head
  • Flat Leaf Parsley Flat Leaf Parsley 8g 1/3 cup
  • Cherry Tomatoes Cherry Tomatoes 150g 1 cup
  • Corn Kernels in Water Sweetcorn in Water 90g 1/2 cup
  • Jalapeno Slices Jalapeno Slices 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • Red Onion Red Onion 1 1

Instructions

  1. 1.Add salad dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. 2.Drain and rinse black beans and corn kernels (sweetcorn), slice avocado, cherry tomatoes and jalapeno, and chop red onions.
  3. 3.Add salad ingredients to a bowl, drizzle with dressing and garnish with parsley.
