Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Hazelnuts Hazelnuts 90g 2/3 cup
  • Cane Sugar Cane Sugar 40g 1/4 cup
  • Dark Chocolate Dark Chocolate 60g 1/3 cup
  • Rice Milk Rice Milk 120ml 1/2 cup
  • Ground Ginger Ground Ginger 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1.It all starts blending the roasted hazelnuts with the raw cane sugar, then add the melted dark chocolate to blend a little more.
  2. 2.Now that you have a creamy like consistency pour the mixture into a non-stick pan and keep stirring gently on a low heater while slowly adding the milk.
  3. 3.Continue until the cream has reached the right consistency.
  4. 4.For best results, choose dark chocolate from 70-85% cocoa, and the ginger is optional to taste.
