A quick and delicious, uncomplicated guacamole dip, combining avocado, lemon and cilantro (coriander).

Ingredients

  • Avocado Avocado 2 2
  • Lemon Lemon 1 1
  • Garlic Garlic 1 clove 1 clove
  • Table Salt Table Salt pinch pinch
  • Fresh Cilantro Fresh Coriander sprig sprig
  • Ground Cayenne Pepper Ground Cayenne Pepper pinch pinch

Instructions

  1. 1.*Note: For best results pick the softest, ripest avocados.
  2. 2.Halve avocados, remove pit and scoop out the flesh.
  3. 3.Toss avocado flesh with lime juice and mash it up.
  4. 4.Mince garlic clove, add some salt and mash into a paste with a fork.
  5. 5.Add garlic to avocado and mix well.
  6. 6.Add finely chopped coriander (cilantro) and cayenne pepper.
