Rich and earthy, these beet and pomegranate smoothie shots are packed with antioxidants and immunity-boosting nutrients!

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Goji Berries Goji Berries 20g 1/4 cup
  • Pomegranate Seeds Pomegranate Seeds 40g 1/4 cup
  • Beet Juice Beetroot Juice 60ml 1/4 cup
  • Strawberries Strawberries 40g 1/4 cup
  • Ground Cayenne Pepper Ground Cayenne Pepper 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Place goji berries in a bowl, cover with water and soak for 30min.
  2. 2.Drain goji berries and place in a blender with remaining ingredients (i used 3 small strawberries) and blend well.
  3. 3.Pour into a glass or four shot glasses and enjoy!
