A breeze to make, these avocado and pistachio ice pops are a great vegan treat on a hot summer day!

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Raw Pistachio Nuts Raw Pistachio Nuts 25g 1/4 cup
  • Avocado Avocado 1/2 1/2
  • Almond Milk Almond Milk 125ml 1/2 cup
  • Almond Extract Almond Extract 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
  • Maple Syrup Maple Syrup 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • Lime Juice Lime Juice dash dash
  • Raw Pistachio Nuts Raw Pistachio Nuts 1 tbsp 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Once frozen, remove ice pops from moulds, sprinkle with chopped pistachios and enjoy immediately.
