Chocolate Mousse with Figs

A rich and creamy chocolate and tofu mousse, sweetened with figs, cinnamon and agave nectar. Delicious!

- Mousse:
 - Silken Tofu Silken Tofu 300g 1 & 1/5 cups
 - Vegan Chocolate Vegan Chocolate 200g 1 & 1/2 cups
 - Chocolate Soy Milk Chocolate Soya Milk 50ml 1/5 cup
 - Agave Nectar Agave Nectar 1 tsp 1 tsp
 - Ground Cinnamon Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
 - Marmalade:
 - Figs Figs 6 6
 - Agave Nectar Agave Nectar 1 tsp 1 tsp
 - Ground Cinnamon Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
 
Instructions
- 1.First off, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or whichever method you prefer.
 - 2.Place the tofu in a blender with all the ingredients and blend until you get a uniform texture. Now pour into serving glasses and refrigerate.
 - 3.To create the marmalade, slice the figs and place them in a frying pan with a little olive oil. Add the agave and the cinnamon. Cook for 20 minutes on a low heat and stir from time to time.
 - 4.Once cooked, blend it with a hand emulsifier and set aside to cool down.
 - 5.Place a tablespoon of this marmalade on top of your chocolate mousse and put back into the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
