This creamy oatmeal (porridge for our UK users!) with refreshing fruits is completely dairy free and ready in less than 10 minutes!

Dairy Free High Protein Under 30 mins

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 45g 1/2 cup
  • Almond Milk Almond Milk 250ml 1 cup
  • Vanilla Protein Powder Vanilla Protein Powder 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • Water Water 125ml 1/2 cup
  • Ground Flaxseed Ground Flaxseed 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla Extract Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
  • Persimmon Persimmon 1 1
  • Blackberries Blackberries handful 1/4 cup
  • Blueberries Blueberries handful handful
  • Almonds Almonds 1 tbsp 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook on medium heat until the right consistency. I like my porridge creamy and not too dry!
  2. 2.Top with chopped persimmon, mixed berries and some chopped almonds.
