- Coconut Milk Light Coconut Milk Light 250ml 1 cup
- Vanilla Extract Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Fresh Spinach Fresh Spinach 30g 1 cup
- Mint Mint handful handful
- 1.Blend 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup coconut milk and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth, pour into two glasses and place in freezer.
- 2.Blend leftover banana, coconut milk, spinach and mint in blender until smooth.
- 3.Remove glasses from freezer and top with green smoothie.
- 4.Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy immediately.
