  • Banana Banana 1 1
  • Coconut Milk Light Coconut Milk Light 250ml 1 cup
  • Vanilla Extract Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh Spinach Fresh Spinach 30g 1 cup
  • Mint Mint handful handful


  1. 1.Blend 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup coconut milk and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth, pour into two glasses and place in freezer.
  2. 2.Blend leftover banana, coconut milk, spinach and mint in blender until smooth.
  3. 3.Remove glasses from freezer and top with green smoothie.
  4. 4.Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy immediately.
