Combine pasta with garden peas, red onions, radish, dill and a sesame lime dressing for this unique and flavorful salad. It will soon become a staple in your vegan meal plan!

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti Pasta Spaghetti Pasta 140g 1 cup
  • Garden Peas Garden Peas 150g 1 cup
  • Radish Radish 6 6
  • Red Onion Red Onion 1 1
  • Dill Dill bunch bunch
  • Sesame Oil Sesame Oil 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • Lime Lime 1 1
  • Black Sesame Seeds Black Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Boil the spaghetti in salted water for 15 minutes.
  2. 2.Drain pasta and add sesame oil. Mix gently with your hands.
  3. 3.Wash and slice the radishes. Peel the onion and chop. Chop the dill.
  4. 4.Mix the spaghetti with the peas, radish, onion, dill and freshly squeezed lime juice.
  5. 5.Top with sesame seeds.
