Combined with rolled oats, fresh yogurt and chia seeds, it's an energizing bowl of goodness!

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Low Fat Natural Yoghurt Low Fat Natural Yoghurt 80g 1/3 cup
  • Organic Spelt Crunchy Organic Spelt Crunchy 35g 1/3 cup
  • Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 30g 1/3 cup
  • Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Clear Honey Clear Honey 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Mango Mango 1/2 1/2

Instructions

  1. 1.Add chia seeds to a small bowl with water and leave to swell for 2 minutes.
  2. 2.Cut the mango into slices.
  3. 3.Add yoghurt, oat flakes and honey to a bowl, add mango slices and swollen chia seeds.
  4. 4.Enjoy!
