- Greek Yoghurt Greek Yoghurt 250g 1 cup
- Coconut Milk Drink Coconut Milk Drink 125ml 1/2 cup
- Banana Banana 2 2
- Lemon Lemon 1/2 1/2
- Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- 1.Chop the banana into pieces and add to the blender
- 2.Add some fresh squeezed lemon juice and peel two teaspoons of lemon zest.
- 3.Pour the remaining ingredients into the blender, blend until smooth.
