Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Coconut Milk Light Coconut Milk Light 375ml 1 & 1/2 cups
  • Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 3 tbsp 1/4 cup
  • Maple Syrup Maple Syrup 1 tsp 1 tsp
  • Vanilla Extract Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
  • Kiwi Kiwi 3 3
  • Banana Banana 1/2 1/2

Instructions

  1. 1.*For best results, prepare this recipe at least 4 hours before serving.*
  2. 2.Combine coconut milk, vanilla extract, maple syryp and chia seeds in a bowl, whisk to mix and refrigerate for 1 to 4hrs, preferably overnight.
  3. 3.In the morning, blend 2 kiwis in a blender until smooth, save remaining kiwi for garnish.
  4. 4.Add a layer of kiwi smoothie to two glasses, and a layer of chia pudding.
  5. 5.Top with sliced banana and kiwi.
