A simple and quick to prepare carrot and parsley salad. Perfect for platters or as an appetizer!

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Carrot Carrot 6 6
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • Table Salt Table Salt 1 tsp 1 tsp
  • Fresh Parsley Fresh Parsley handful handful
  • Sesame Seeds Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Peel and cut the carrots into batons.
  2. 2.Pre-heat the oven to 200C.
  3. 3.Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Add the carrot to the tray, drizzle generously with oil and season. Use your hands to mix.
  4. 4.Put the tray into the oven and roast for 12-15 minutes. Cook until crispy and gently roasted.
  5. 5.When the time is up, remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
  6. 6.Wash and chop the parsley, then mix in with the carrot, and top with sesame seeds.
