Refreshing summer fruits with watermelon, basil and feta - a fun and tasty summer snack or appetizer for summer!

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Watermelon Watermelon 1/8 1/8
  • Feta Cheese Feta Cheese 100g 2/3 cup
  • Strawberries Strawberries 6 6
  • Raspberries Raspberries 50g 1/3 cup
  • Fresh Basil Fresh Basil garnish garnish
  • Balsamic Vinegar Glaze Balsamic Vinegar Glaze 1 tbsp 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Carve out the watermelon flesh and cut into chunky cubes. Do the same with the feta.
  2. 2.Add the ingredients to the skewers and top-end with sliced strawberries. Serve with a drizzle of sweet balsamic glaze.
