  • Blueberries Blueberries 20g 1/8 cup
  • Orange Orange 1/2 1/2
  • Plain Yoghurt Plain Yoghurt 125g 1/2 cup
  • Almond Milk Almond Milk 125ml 1/2 cup

Instructions
