- Pomegranate Pomegranate 1/2 1/2
- Banana Banana 2/3 2/3
- Cashew Nuts Cashew Nuts 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Plain Yoghurt Plain Yoghurt 45g 3 tbsp
- Filtered Water Filtered Water 50ml 1/5 cup
- 1.Cut the pineapple into chunks, extract the pomegranate seeds and add all to a blender.
