Combining pineapple, banana, pomegranate, cashew nuts and fresh yogurt - here is a nutritious and creamy tropical smoothie that will add some chill to those summer days!

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Pineapple Pineapple 100g 1/2 cup
  • Pomegranate Pomegranate 1/2 1/2
  • Banana Banana 2/3 2/3
  • Cashew Nuts Cashew Nuts 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • Plain Yoghurt Plain Yoghurt 45g 3 tbsp
  • Filtered Water Filtered Water 50ml 1/5 cup

Instructions

  1. 1.Cut the pineapple into chunks, extract the pomegranate seeds and add all to a blender.
  2. 2.Reserve a few cashews for the topping and enjoy!
