Gluten Free High Protein Under 30 mins

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 180g 2 cups
  • Mango Mango 1/2 1/2
  • Pomegranate Seeds Pomegranate Seeds 60g 1/3 cup
  • Blueberries Blueberries 60g 1/3 cup
  • Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • Coconut Yoghurt Coconut Yoghurt 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • Soy Milk Soya Milk 250ml 1 cup

Instructions

  1. 1.Slice the mango, score laterally and lengthwise so when you carve out the fleshy part the mango comes out in chunks.
  2. 2.Wash the blueberries. Add the oats to the bowl and the remaining ingredients and a dollop of coconut yoghurt.
